    I welcome your feedback on the video below? Is the message clear? Is it apparent that as autistics we need to utilise our passions (Interest) as a base for an activity that aids the building of connection to our interoceptive self? Interoception being the sense that connects us to our 'inner' awareness of sensations such as hunger, thirst, pain, temperature, desire, anxiety, heartbeat, and so on. I still find it difficult to 'know' where I feel specific pain in my body.... but I'm working on it!1-dot
